Hello! After 20 years of becoming the professional equivalent of a Swiss Army knife in systems, I have gathered quite a few tricks along the way.

Do not let the technical side fool you into thinking I am all work and no play. Board games are my secret weapon when I want to break the ice or simply enjoy an evening with friends.

When I am not flexing my technical muscles or planning my next game move, you will likely find me lifting weights at the gym.

Every day is still a school day for me. I am a curious soul who loves exploring the ever-changing landscape of technology. Whether I am skiing down a slope or diving into a new coding challenge, life is all about the adventure.

That is me in a nutshell: part techie and nerd, part gamer, and a complete problem-solving enthusiast.

At work, I foster a culture of self-leadership and open communication, encouraging team members to share ideas, learn from one another, and take initiative. Through regular feedback sessions, retrospectives, and mentorship, both in person and remotely, I make sure my team feels empowered and supported. Promoting knowledge sharing and reducing silos improves productivity and resilience across our operations.
